Demographics and Psychographics
My potential customer is teenage girls and woman. I am looking for any girls between the ages of 16-35 who are single or have a boyfriend, not married. The customer is making at least $1,000 or more a month. If their anywhere between 18 and 35 they might have a high school diploma. Their household size should consist pf mom, dad, brother or sister if they have any if their 16-19. Customers 20-35 household should consist of them, dad and children if they have any. Some might live by their selves.

I am expecting customers who like buying expensive clothes, party girls and people who like to have fun and go out a lot. The customer might dislike cheap clothing items, or not fun clothes. Buying habits are bad, meaning they walk into a store an whatever they see and like they buy it. They really have a passion for clothes. Their opinion is that they have to have nice, expensive, cute clothes.

Competition
There's a boutique called "Swank" and its selling almost the same items and its making its money exactly how I am. The only indirect competition I may have is a nail shop. The customer might be running late and can only go to one or the other that day and might not pick my clothing store because their might be another staying open later somewhere else. As stated before, the only competitors I might have in the area are nail shops. I am different because I sale clothes and items you can actually wear more than once. Nail shops sale a service, such as getting your nails done. Clothes and nails are two different things.

Promotional Strategy
I am going to reach my customers by advertising on TV commercials, internet, etc. All promotions will be from the media. Lil Lee Boutique will offer coupons, contests to win free items, raffles, discounts and rewards cards. In addition, there will be an internet website where customers can go online from home or work and purchase their items. There will also be one-on-one selling.
