Lil Lee Boutique will be operated as sole proprietorship. The owner of the Lil Lee Boutique will be responsible for all risks and financial issues with the Boutique.
Aleah Johnson will take responsibility of pricing, product selection, and scheduling. She will also be in charge of stock and inventory. Employees can be fired if they do not follow the rules in the employee handbook. New people will only be hired if we lose an employee.
